Helping professionals often postpone their own healing, focusing so intently on others that their own wounds remain unacknowledged. You may carry unprocessed grief, childhood trauma, or compassion fatigue that’s never had a safe space to land. Here are answers to your questions.

No. Trauma-sensitive counselling does not replace one controlling voice with another. I will not pressure you to leave, confront or disclose anything before you are ready. Instead, we explore your experience, your safety and your options so that any decisions arise from your own strength and wisdom. In a safe and confidential space, you can speak freely without being judged, labelled or pressured into action. Healing begins with being heard.
If you are ready to explore your options and rediscover your courage, I am here to listen and to walk alongside you towards renewed wholeness. If you are seeking empowerment rather than instruction, you are welcome to connect.
