Your booking is made easy!
Follow the process:
- Select a date
- Select a time slot (Optional: Complete Repeat information)
- Select "Add To Cart"
- Select "Checkout" from the "Cart"
- Complete the booking form details
- Select the "Type of Service"
- Add any notes or arrangement information
- Select "Privacy Policy"
- Select "Agree with Terms and Conditions"
- Click Submit
- Click "Confirm" after submission
- The registration summary will appear.
- You will now receive a confirmation email with the following information:
- Appointment Information
- Invoice and payment instructions
- Instructions for downloading the Individual Client Agreement.
Your appointment is only valid AFTER you have completed ALL the emailed instructions.
No bookings for more than one person per session without prior arrangement.
Please remember to email your proof of payment and forms as per the notification. These forms are essential for the success of your session.
Dr Louw requires proof of payment and all the relevant forms BEFORE a session starts.
We do not accept medical aids and do not make biomedical diagnoses. This means you can't claim refunds from medical aids or medical insurance.
